DENTON is a Responsible Business
Overview
DENTON is dedicated to being a Responsible Business, grounded in the belief that business should be a ‘force for good.’ Here we outline our approach and highlight our best practice procedures.
Our commitment to transparency is central to our ethos. We openly share our policies and practices with investors, clients, and our supply chain. Our dedication to strong governance includes a commitment to sharing our values, policies, and procedures without restriction. We aim to attract and collaborate with clients, investors, and partners who share these values.
ESG
DENTON has implemented innovative, value-driven ESG initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability across the business. Today, success goes beyond maximising shareholder profits—it also requires addressing the needs of all stakeholders and understanding our company’s societal impact. Our comprehensive ESG Policy formalises our longstanding commitment to responsible business practices and is built around three core principles: openness, transparent governance, and clear, achievable targets.
CSR
We want to be the “leaders for good” with our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy. We take pride in supporting our employees and the community by championing responsible trading, fostering inclusivity, upholding integrity, building lasting relationships, enforcing rigorous health and safety standards, and striving to reduce our environmental impact.
Sustainability
At DENTON, our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices reflects our ambition to be a ‘force for good’ in the industry. In line with this commitment, we published our ESG strategy and Good Practice standards, calculated our greenhouse gas emissions inventory, and developed a strategic Carbon Reduction Plan aimed at achieving NET ZERO by 2050. Since 2009, we have maintained our ISO14001 accreditation, published key policies to support our goals, and, in a step toward broader impact, partnered with the City of London’s “Heart of the City” initiative, underscoring our dedication to responsible, sustainable business practices.
